Do the exported vehicles meet international safety and compliance standards?
Yes. Vehicles can be prepared to meet destination requirements (e.g., EU/UK, GCC, ADR, DOT/EPA where applicable). We provide compliance documents such as VIN/HS code, Certificate of Conformity (CoC) or inspection reports. Please confirm local registration rules in advance.
Can I request specific configurations (engine/hybrid, drivetrain, RHD/LHD)?
Absolutely. You can specify 1.5T/2.0T or HEV/PHEV (where available), 2WD/AWD, LHD/RHD, wheels and interior packages, infotainment language/region, ADAS packs, and accessories—subject to model/market availability.
How are HAVAL vehicles packaged and shipped internationally?
Options include Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off) or 20’/40’HC containers. Before dispatch we perform PDI, apply protective wrap, secure mirrors, check fluids/tires; for PHEV units we set battery SOC ~30–50% and disconnect 12V if required. Marine insurance and loading photos can be provided.
What warranty or after-sales support is available?
Factory warranty follows the origin-market policy. We supply warranty booklets and service records, provide genuine parts and remote technical support, and can coordinate local workshops. Extended warranty and spare-parts packages are available on request.
