However, details may vary based on production batches or international regulations. CPCVehicle reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
3. Orders and Payments
All quotations and invoices issued by CPCVehicle are valid for a limited time as stated. Orders are confirmed only after receiving the required deposit or full payment. Payments must be made in USD or RMB to the company’s designated bank account.
We do not accept responsibility for payments made to unauthorized third parties. Please confirm official bank details through our customer service before transfer.
4. Shipping and Delivery
All vehicles are shipped under international Incoterms (FOB, CIF, or EXW). Delivery times vary based on production schedules, port conditions, and customs clearance. CPCVehicle is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure events.
Once the vehicle leaves our facility, the risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer or their appointed freight agent.
5. Warranty and After-Sales Service
Vehicles exported by CPCVehicle come with a standard factory warranty (unless otherwise stated). Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper maintenance. For after-sales inquiries, please contact our service team directly.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of international vehicle sales, orders cannot be canceled once production or shipment has begun. Refunds are available only under mutually agreed circumstances and after written confirmation from CPCVehicle.
7. Limitation of Liability
CPCVehicle shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, damages, or loss of profit. All vehicles are sold “as described,” and buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local import standards.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We only collect information necessary for order processing, communication, and export documentation. CPCVehicle does not share or sell your personal data to third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or by arbitration in Foshan, Guangdong.
