How are Hongqi vehicles packaged and shipped internationally?
We ship via Ro-Ro (roll-on/roll-off) for complete vehicles or 20’/40’HC containers for added protection or multiple units. Before dispatch we perform PDI, apply protective film, secure mirrors, set EV SOC to ~30–50% (disconnect 12V if required), check fluids/tires, include ordered charging cables/adapters, and provide loading photos. Marine insurance can be arranged.
What warranty or after-sales support is available?
