Do the exported vehicles meet international safety and compliance standards?
Yes. Vehicles can be prepared to meet destination requirements (e.g., EU/UK, GCC, ADR, DOT/EPA where applicable to EVs). We provide compliance documents such as VIN/HS code, Certificate of Conformity, and inspection reports. Please confirm local registration rules in advance.
Can I request specific configurations (battery, BEV/EREV, AWD/RWD, right-hand drive)?
Absolutely. You can specify battery size (standard/long-range), powertrain (BEV or EREV), drivetrain (RWD/AWD), wheels and interior packages, infotainment language/region, and charging interface (CCS2 / GB-T). RHD availability varies by model and market.
How are LEAPMOTOR vehicles packaged and shipped internationally?
Options include Ro-Ro for complete vehicles or 20’/40’HC containers for added protection/multiple units. Before dispatch we perform PDI, apply protective wrap, secure mirrors, set EV SOC to ~30–50% (and disconnect 12V if required), check fluids/tires, include charging cables/adapters as ordered, and provide loading photos. Marine insurance can be arranged.
What warranty or after-sales support is available?
Factory warranty follows the origin-market policy. We supply warranty booklets and service records, provide genuine parts and remote technical support, and can coordinate local workshops. Extended warranty and spare-parts packages are available on request.
